How long does it take to complete a project?
Our team strives to be adaptable and accommodate to deliver high-quality results. Typically, creating six visualizations for an apartment building takes about 2–3 weeks, while producing a one-minute animation requires approximately 3–5 weeks. Keep in mind that our schedule is generally booked 4–5 weeks in advance, so for urgent deadlines, please reach out early to discuss availability. We also recognize that unexpected situations can arise. If you’re facing tight timelines or special circumstances, contact us to explore open time slots. In certain cases, we can rearrange our priorities to accommodate your needs.
What do we need to prepare before we start the project?
The initial requirements for your project may vary depending on its unique scope. To streamline the process, we’ll provide a tailored Production Guide PDF outlining the specific assets and instructions needed. Typically, we may request: - A 3D model of the project - Suggested viewpoints indicated on model renders or floor plans - A specific location, such as a pinned point on Google Maps - Reference images, product links, or details for architectural and landscaping materials - Images or names of plant species, greenery references, or landscape design sketches, if available - Relevant CAD files (in PDF and DWG formats) - Imagery reflecting the intended mood, activities, or overall aesthetic of the project. These are examples of the information we might need. Prior to starting, we’ll share a customized list of assets and guidelines specific to your project to ensure we bring your vision to reality.
What 3D formats can you work with?
We accommodate a wide range of 3D model types to suit your needs. Ideally, models should include primary architectural structures and landscaping elements, excluding intricate details such as HVAC systems, bathroom fixtures, or decorative objects. Supported File Formats - Rhino (.3ds) and Sketchup (.skp): Direct exports from these programs are fully compatible. - Revit: Please export your models as .FBX files. - ArchiCAD: Save models as .OBJ files with a 1000mm scale. - Other Formats: If you use a different format, please reach out to discuss options. If you lack a 3D model, we can create one for you based on 2D drawings or reference materials. Note that this is an additional service and may affect the project cost and deadline.
